Military Sand Filled Defensive Barriers , SXl1 - SX 10 Welded Defensive Bastion Barriers
Anping Shuxin Wire Mesh Manufactory Co., Ltd. had been dealed with Defensive Barrier more than 10 years. Most of the barriers are used for Military Defensive of Ministry of Denfense. It is formed by Welded Wire Mesh Panel, Spring Wire and Geotextile. Usd the spring wire tied panel together to form a cage, and stapled Geotextile inside the cage to stop the soil out. Filled the earth inside to from a strong wall to prevent flood and explosion.

- Mesh Hole: 3", 76.2mm, or 75.0mm ( The Mesh Hole can adjust according to the whole size of panel)
- Panel Size: 2.21mx2.13m, 1.37mx1.06m, 0.61mx0.61m, it also can be customized according to customers requirement
- Weight of Geotextile: 250 g/㎡, 300 g/㎡, or according to customer's requirements.
- Color of Geotextile: Beige, sand color, brown, Military Green, Brown, (All the colors have a little colour aberration,please notice)
- Surface Treatment: Hot Dipped Galvanized before welding, Hot Dipped Galvanized after welding
- Package: Usually used in Wooden Pallet, the quantity for each pallet is based on the type of Welded Gabion Barriers.

Before filling the earth, The gabion cage must be put straightly, and fix by soil around the outside, to ensure the cage will not collapse. Geotextile need to put along with each side
of the cage.

When filling, fill the earth slowly, after each filling, spader should be used to pave and compact the soil to ensure the stressed evenly.

The capacity of cage is fix, do not load too much soil.

If the soil is uneven and not compacted, the soil will subside over a long period of time, resulting in uneven stress and cage deformation, then damaged.
