Gabion Wires Box are made of heavy galvanized wire / ZnAl (Golfan) coated wire / PVC or PE coated wires, the mesh shape is hexagonal style. The Gabion Basket are used widely in slope protection, foundation pit supporting, mountain rock holding, river and dams scour protection.
The gabion net can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, mountain rock surface shotcrete, slope planting (greening), and railway expressway isolation and protection block. It can also be made into box cages and net mats, which can be used for erosion protection of rivers, dams and seawalls, and for the closure of reservoirs and rivers. The most serious disaster of the river is that the river bank is damaged by water scouring, which leads to flooding, causing a lot of loss of life and property and a lot of water and soil loss. Therefore, when dealing with the above problems, the application of the ecological grid structure becomes one of the best solutions, which can protect the river bed and banks for a long time.
It can be produced according to the design requirements of the drawings. Generally, the machine is up to 4m wide and any length. However, the conventional size of Renault pad in China is 6*2*0.3m, mesh: 6*8cm, wire diameter: 2.0mm. Materials: galvanized, galvanized PVC (PVC color is usually gray or green), Galfan commonly known as 5% or 10% zinc aluminum alloy, zinc aluminum alloy coated PVC. Gabion pad material:
(1) Galvanized steel wire: high-quality low-carbon steel wire, with a diameter of 2.0mm-4.0mm, and a tensile strength of not less than 380MPa. The surface of the steel wire is protected by hot galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to the customer's requirements, and the maximum amount of galvanizing can reach 300g/m2.
(2) Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also known as golfan) steel wire, which is a new material in the world in recent years, has corrosion resistance more than three times that of traditional pure galvanizing. The diameter of the steel wire can reach 2.0mm-4.0mm, and the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 380MPa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire wrapped with plastic: high-quality low-carbon steel wire is wrapped with a layer of PVC or PE protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into gabion nets of various specifications. This protective layer will greatly increase the protection in highly polluted environment, and make it integrate with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
(4) Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire wrapped with plastic: a layer of PVC or PE protective layer is wrapped on the surface of Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, and then woven into gabion nets of various specifications. This protective layer will greatly increase the protection in highly polluted environment, and make it integrate with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
