Gradually, this process began to emerge, which is the ecological gabion net application process. The application process of ecological gabion net is to weave rectangular cages of different specifications with high-strength galvanized steel wire, and the cage is filled with stones. After this structure is applied to bank slope protection, under the dual action of human and natural factors, the gap between stones is continuously filled with soil. The plant seeds gradually take root and sprout in the soil between the rocks, and grow vigorously. The roots firmly fix the rocks and soil. In this way, the purpose of slope protection and greening can be realized, and the effect of ecological improvement and water and soil conservation is also very significant.
It can be produced according to the design requirements of the drawings. Generally, the machine is up to 4m wide and any length. Gabion pad material:
(1) Galvanized steel wire: high-quality low-carbon steel wire, with a diameter of 2.0mm-4.0mm, and a tensile strength of not less than 380MPa. The surface of the steel wire is protected by hot galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to the customer's requirements, and the maximum amount of galvanizing can reach 300g/m2.
(2) Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also known as golfan) steel wire, which is a new material in the world in recent years, has corrosion resistance more than three times that of traditional pure galvanizing. The diameter of the steel wire can reach 2.0mm-4.0mm, and the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 380MPa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire wrapped with plastic: high-quality low-carbon steel wire is wrapped with a layer of PVC or PE protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into gabion nets of various specifications. This protective layer will greatly increase the protection in highly polluted environment, and make it integrate with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
(4) Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire wrapped with plastic: a layer of PVC or PE protective layer is wrapped on the surface of Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, and then woven into gabion nets of various specifications. This protective layer will greatly increase the protection in highly polluted environment, and make it integrate with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
