Installation & Assembly Guidelines

  2. Lacing & Assembly: Bind vertical corners and diaphragm edges using lacing wire or pneumatic C-ring fasteners, wrapping securely around selvedge wires at regular intervals.

  3. Positioning & Alignment: Secure empty gabion units along the designated construction alignment, tying adjacent empty boxes together to form a continuous structural monolith.

  4. Rock Filling: Fill units with hard, durable, weather-resistant stone (stone size should be 1.5 to 2.5 times the mesh opening). Fill in 30 cm lifts, placing internal cross-connecting tie wires at each layer to prevent bulging.
