Our Gabion Box is a high-strength, dual-corrosion-resistant metal mesh cage specially developed for river bank reinforcement, water and soil conservation, slope retaining wall and flood control protection projects. Taking gabion box as the core product, it adopts double-layer protection technology of zinc-aluminum alloy (Galfan) substrate and PVC outer coating, which perfectly solves the problems of metal rust, mesh aging and structural deformation of traditional gabion products in complex water environment. The product features high structural stability, strong erosion resistance and long service life, and is the preferred structural fence material for municipal water conservancy, river regulation, highway slope protection and coastal engineering projects worldwide
Different from ordinary single galvanized gabion boxes, this series of gabion boxes adopts integrated composite coating process, with dual protection of internal Galfan alloy and external PVC layer, realizing super environmental adaptability. The inner Galfan zinc-aluminum alloy coating has self-repairing performance, which can effectively prevent oxidation and corrosion of the wire mesh when facing minor scratches and installation wear, and its anti-rust performance is 2-3 times that of ordinary hot-dip galvanizing. The outer high-density PVC protective layer forms a closed physical barrier, which can isolate water, oxygen, acid-base substances and coastal salt fog erosion, and has excellent UV resistance and wear resistance. The overall service life of the product can reach more than 30 years, which greatly reduces the later maintenance cost of the project.
In terms of structure, all our gabion boxes adopt standard hexagonal double-twisted weaving technology, with uniform mesh tension, tight overall structure and strong toughness. The wire body is not easy to loose and deform after filling stones, and can bear long-term water flow impact and geological settlement pressure. The flexible structure can adapt to the slight deformation of river bank and slope, avoiding the collapse and damage of rigid retaining wall, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the protection project.
