• Double-Twist Hexagonal Woven Pattern: Manufactured via continuous mechanical weaving, the hexagonal mesh features a double-twist lock mechanism. This prevents catastrophic unraveling in the event of accidental wire cut or rupture, maintaining tension and structural stability across the entire matrix.

• Dual Anti-Corrosion Barrier:

  • Primary Layer: High-purity zinc or Galfan (95% Zn / 5% Al-Mischmetal) galvanization, offering exceptional sacrificial corrosion protection.

  • Secondary Layer: Heavy-duty, UV-stabilized PVC coating. The polymer jacket isolates the metal core from severe environmental exposures, including saltwater immersion, acidic soils, industrial effluents, and prolonged UV light.

• Internal Diaphragm Reinforcement: To preserve structural geometry during filling and compaction, gabion baskets are partitioned into uniform internal cells using internal wire diaphragms spaced at 1-meter intervals along the length.
